Enhanced Requirements Offer More Flexibility
Previously, OTR-specific experience was required to join our regional driving team. Now, candidates can qualify with the following updated experience and licensing requirements:

This update opens the door for drivers with regional or local experience to step into a regional position, offering a smoother transition for those ready for new challenges and consistent miles. It’s a change rooted in confidence: confidence in the skills professional drivers bring to the road, and in the training and support we provide to help our new team members succeed from day one.

Even if you don’t yet meet the one-year driving experience requirement, we offer clear pathways to help you reach your goals. Many drivers start in the Dock-to-Driver program or in other roles that provide hands-on industry experience while earning a competitive paycheck.
