Enhanced Requirements Offer More Flexibility

Previously, OTR-specific experience was required to join our regional driving team. Now, candidates can qualify with the following updated experience and licensing requirements:

• Hold a valid CDL-A license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past three year

This update opens the door for drivers with regional or local experience to step into a regional position, offering a smoother transition for those ready for new challenges and consistent miles.
