Opening New Doors: Expanded Hiring Criteria

Opening New Doors: Expanded Hiring Criteria

The road to a rewarding career just got even more open. We’ve updated our experience requirements, expanded regional hiring areas, and reinforced our commitment to career growth — making now the perfect time to join a company that puts people first.

At the heart of these updates is a simple goal: to welcome more qualified drivers into a team that values professionalism, supports career growth, and offers a future built on respect, stability, and long-term success. Whether you’re an experienced driver or ready to take the next step in your career, these changes mean more opportunities, more support, and more reasons to drive with us.

Enhanced Requirements Offer More Flexibility

Previously, OTR-specific experience was required to join our regional driving team. Now, candidates can qualify with the following updated experience and licensing requirements:

  • Hold a valid CDL-A license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past three year

Additional requirements apply—candidates are encouraged to review the full list during the application process.

This update opens the door for drivers with regional or local experience to step into a regional position, offering a smoother transition for those ready for new challenges and consistent miles. It’s a change rooted in confidence: confidence in the skills professional drivers bring to the road, and in the training and support we provide to help our new team members succeed from day one.

Not Quite There Yet? There's a Path Forward

Even if you don’t yet meet the one-year driving experience requirement, we offer clear pathways to help you reach your goals. Many drivers start in the Dock-to-Driver program or in other roles that provide hands-on industry experience while earning a competitive paycheck. Our promote-from-within culture means advancement isn’t limited to moving into a driving role—it’s about finding the right fit for your skills, lifestyle, and career ambitions. Whether your goal is the driver’s seat or another position within the company, we provide the training, mentoring, and opportunities to help you get there—safely, confidently, and on your terms.

Moving Forward Together

We’re looking for drivers who want more than just a job—they want a career built on opportunity, respect, and long-term stability. With new hiring requirements, expanded regional markets, and multiple career pathways, there’s never been a better time to join. If you’re ready to take the next step, we are ready for you. Apply today and see where the road can take you.
