Accelerated Leadership Training: Participate in a structured 4-6 month training program blending classroom learning, on-the-job coaching, and hands-on field experience.
Career Advancement: Upon completion, step into a floating frontline leader role with the opportunity to grow into permanent leadership positions like Operations Manager or Service Center Director.
Competitive Pay: Earn $1,000/week during training with overtime available, and increase to $1,250/week in the floating leader role.
Ongoing Support: Receive regular mentorship, performance check-ins, and guidance from seasoned leaders and HR throughout your journey.

Develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver exceptional service.
Gain expertise in dock operations, dispatching, planning, safety, and resource.
Work closely with Service Center Directors and regional leaders to apply your training in real-time environments.
Be open to travel and relocation within your assigned region to support various service centers.
Experience or Education:
A degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field - may substitute for experience.
Skills & Qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong computer proficiency and time management.
Willingness to relocate within your region and work variable hours.
A natural leader who can coach, develop, and inspire diverse teams.
Professional demeanor and alignment with Averitt's culture and standards.
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business management, or related field (may substitute education for experience.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, email, company systems)
Willingness to relocate regionally upon completion of training
Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, as needed
Ability to lead, coach, and support diverse team members
