• Monday - Friday; 4 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
• Work directly with customers, sales team, and carriers to quote and secure integrated shipments
• Quoting, scheduling, tracing and providing customer service to all mode of customers
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment working amongst a strong team of associates
• Exhibit professionalism when communicating to carriers and customers

North America Truckload Customer Representative Job Description:

• Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales as well as Customers to quote and secure full truckload shipments. In addition, work to build a book of business and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Serve as a power user of Excel and Word to analyze data, create reports, and manage information efficiently.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to assess and resolve customer needs while maintaining strong communication.
  • Manage a fast-paced workload, multi-tasking across various duties with attention to detail.
  • Develop knowledge of different equipment types within the transportation industry to support operational needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service through efficient communication and organizational skills.

We're seeking an energetic North America Truckload Carrier Representative to act as liaison between our partner carriers, operations and customer service. You will strengthen relationships with our carriers while aiding our operations & customer service groups. In addition, you will be responsible for dispatching as well as meeting the service requirements of the customer.

About the position:

• Monday- Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Responsible for building relationships with Partner Carriers to cover over-the-road freight
• Will be a part of a team that collaborates and finds capacity to cover shipments
• Track and trace shipments ensuring accountability of our Partner Carriers service and performance
• Working directly with the North America Truckload Customer Team
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking ability is a must
• Organization and attention to detail is a plus
