We're looking for a detail'oriented, customer'focused Expedited Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers move time'sensitive shipments by quoting, booking, and tracking freight from start to finish. You'll work with multiple transportation options, including ground and air, to make sure shipments arrive on time and customers receive great service.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

• Plan and coordinate expedited shipments to ensure on'time delivery
• Provide quick and accurate quotes to customers
• Book, update, and track shipments across multiple transportation options
• Solve problems and adjust plans when needed
• Work in a fast'paced environment where priorities can change
• Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, partners, and team members

Business Development Coordinator Job Description:

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Remote eligible within 50 mile radius of Cookeville, TN
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the sales team with sales reports, CRM management, sales leads, and customer/sales data analysis
  • Maintain and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate-level customers
  • Communicate with customers to pursue new leads and additional business opportunities
  • Support shared customer processes, including onboarding and ongoing account needs
  • Prepare and manage reporting related to sales performance and customer activity
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members through clear written and verbal communication
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across systems
  • Utilize Microsoft tools, with a strong preference for Excel experience
