Joseph Anderson started with Averitt in 2014 and is currently a CDL-A city driver, but started out as a dock associate. Joseph reflects on Averitt's promote from within and profit sharing practices and how they have helped him grow in his career.
Joseph comments on Averitt's profit sharing as he says, "The company is willing to invest back into their associates and to encourage them, it' great!" Joseph expresses his appreciation to Averitt for creating growth opportunities for its associates.
When asked what his favorite part about being an Averitt driver is, Joseph elaborates that it's because the work is never the same, he likes the variety, and Averitt's great reputation among its customers. Joseph says he stays at Averitt because it is such a family-oriented and dependable company. He says "anyone looking for work, come to Averitt, it won't be a mistake."
