Uriel Garcia started at Averitt in 2021 as a CDL-Qualified dock associate. Having his CDL-A, he was ready to start driving but had a few restrictions on his license. Luckily, Averitt's Dock-To-Driver program was here to help Uriel pursue his passion for driving.
With the mentorship of Averitt driver trainer Princess Bates, Uriel was quickly ready to get back on the road. Now, Uriel Garcia is a full-time city driver and encouraging others to try the Dock-To-Driver program.
