Shuttle Driver Jeff Landrom: "You Can Move and Grow with Averitt"

Jeff Landrom joined us in 1996 as a Truckload driver is a valued member of our Over 20 Team as well as proof that you can grow with us! Jeff was referred to us by a friend, and at his first interview he clearly stated his desire to move within the company and grow. Jeff stayed within his position as a Truckload driver for 10 years before moving into a city driver position where he stayed for 18 years. Recently, he moved into shuttle.

"When I first interviewed, the interviewer said, 'What are you looking for?' I didn't want to be at a company where you get locked in and you have to stay in one place. I wanted a company that was big enough to where you could move around. I'm a creature of habit. I hardly ever get tired of doing anything. But you can move and grow with Averitt. I wanted a company I could retire with, and that's exactly what I told the interviewer." - Jeff Landrom
