At Averitt Express, our success is built on the dedication of our people—and nowhere is that more evident than in our National Call Center Associates. As we celebrate Customer Service Week, we’re also proud to honor a major milestone: 30 years since our Call Center first opened its doors. What began with just 35 associates has now grown into 13 specialized teams, all united by a shared commitment to supporting our customers with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
