Juan Rosales - from Driver to Leader

When Juan Rosales joined the Averitt team as a city driver, he was attracted to our team's professional equipment and culture. After a few years as a driver, picking up and delivering freight throughout his local area, his needs changed, and he began to look at the dispatch process and learn more about how his skills could be used in leadership.

Now, as a frontline leader, Juan is working alongside other associates to support drivers and interfacing with customers to ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time.
