When Juan Rosales joined the Averitt team as a city driver, he was attracted to our team's professional equipment and culture. After a few years as a driver, picking up and delivering freight throughout his local area, his needs changed, and he began to look at the dispatch process and learn more about how his skills could be used in leadership.
Now, as a frontline leader, Juan is working alongside other associates to support drivers and interfacing with customers to ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time.
Juan is a great example of Averitt's commitment to "Promoting from Within." After all, the best candidate for any position within our team is usually one of us already.
