Guaranteed Weekly Minimum Pay for Regional and Flatbed Drivers

Well, Gail, here we are again announcing another huge change to our pay structure for regional and flatbed drivers. Oh my goodness, Caitlin, this is such a huge announcement. I think we need to tell them together. Okay. All right. We're offering a twelve fifty dollars guaranteed weekly minimum. And that's for our regional and flatbed drivers. Yes, our regional drivers average thirteen fifty dollars a week, but with the guaranteed minimum, it'll put your mind at ease knowing you'll make twelve fifty regardless of how the week shakes out. Right. So if you get detained at a customer or stuck in traffic, it doesn't matter. As long as you're available to drive during the week, you'll earn minimum of twelve fifty dollars Right. And if that's not enough, we've shortened the waiting period for most of our benefits. They kick in at thirty days now, and that applies to all full time new hires and our rehires. And PTO too. You can start taking vacations sooner. Paid time off is available after just ninety days of employment. You no longer have to wait a full year. Exactly. My goodness.
