You heard that right! All regional and flatbed drivers now make a guaranteed minimum pay of $1250 in 5 days! Your mind can now be at ease if the week doesn't shake out the way you were expecting.
In addition to the changes in pay, we've shortened our benefits waiting period to just 30 days! This change applies to all full-time new hires and rehires and includes coverage for benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), company-provided life insurance and holiday pay. In addition, associates can enjoy paid time off after 90 days rather than a full year. The company's generous profit-sharing plan applies to both full-time and part-time associates.
