Bennie Paul started with Averitt as a regional driver in October 2020 after being referred by a neighbor who has worked with Averitt for almost 30 years! Bennie says he chose Averitt because of home time and stayed because of the company culture and support he found with Averitt.
Bennie's priority is being with his family consistently each week and being a part of the Averitt team allows him to do just that! Bennie also says he values Averitt's profit-sharing initiative and "there is more in his retirement account than he ever could have imagined in that short amount of time" because of our profit-sharing program.
According to Bennie, "When the owner of the company makes it a priority for you to be home with your family, that's a good place to be."
