“The support has been such a cool experience,” he says. “Most of my time on OTL, I’ve been with the Ringling Bros. Circus with four of us running 25 trailers — these guys feel like my family.”

Justin says that the variety keeps the job interesting, while the structure of tours provides consistency once a run begins. Over time, associates get to know the same teams, routes, and expectations, which helps create a steady rhythm on the road.
