Demond Thomas --From Owner-Operator to Averitt Leader0-- The Sky is the Limit at Averitt

Demond Thomas is a former owner-operator who sold his truck and joined the Averitt team as a city driver and is now a frontline leader. Demond reflects on the opportunities to learn and grow with Averitt that are helping him on his career path.   

Demond comments about the environment at Averitt, saying "once I came to orientation, I loved the atmosphere and how it's team-oriented."

According to Demond, "The sky is the limit here at Averitt. If you want to go for it, you can. If you want to work for it, you can, Averitt looks at everybody as somebody. You can go as high as you want." Demond expresses his appreciation to Averitt and the one of kind community our company has.
