I've always heard good things even when I was in CDL school. I've always heard good things about Averitt, so when I came I love truckload I like the fact that we could stay at our service centers. My first experience as a driver wasn't a good one. It was pretty dangerous out there with the other company trying to stay at truck stops and at Averitt, you don't have to worry about that. I felt more comfortable in truckload here, as a female. I honestly liked over the road I liked truckload. It's just at the time I had younger kids and they worked with me to get me part-time city in Chattanooga off the road so I could be there for my daughter. But I needed something full-time once she recovered from her accident so I had to leave and then as soon as I got old enough to go off to school and finish school, I came right back. I remember the very first time I was in orientation and Mr. Sasser came and he spoke about how it's like a family and everybody's invested have profit-sharing. I just thought it was awesome. The one run I pick up in Athens Tennessee and then I bring down here because I'm out of Chattanooga. I like knowing where I'm going every day dealing with the same people every day. I know approximately what time I'm gonna get off every day. Even over the road, you're home every week always anyway possibly be home every week if you want to. I absolutely love it. That's why I don't plan on going anywhere as long as long as they'll keep me I'll stay.
