My name is Dave Enzor I drive out of Tampa Florida I've been with Averitt for nine years and I stay with Averitt because of the way we're treated. We're treated like we are part of the Averitt family and the reason I'm here is I enjoy the home time. I get to go and be with my friends at Disney on the weekends and just have all kinds of fun so you know I just I like the company the way the company treats us. If you have a problem you can go to your fleet manager you can go to somebody on up the chain and they're there to help you in any situation that you have problems with. It's just your family. Most companies will keep you out four to six weeks at a time and you never know when you're going to be home. They'll say oh we'll get you home next week and that doesn't happen. They usually send you out on another load, oh well we're going to keep you out another week we'll give you some extra days off but that never happens either. With Averitt if you have to have a day off, or if you need to be in early, or if you need to be in on a certain day Averitt's super about making sure you get home. Most people think that being a truck driver is the fact that you're a steering wheel holder you drive down the road you don't do anything. Being a truck driver is one of the most stressful jobs I think I can think of because people don't respect us out on the roads. So when we get home for the weekend that's our time to unwind, that's our time to let it all go and relax and just be ourselves and forget about the worries of every day. So that's why being home every weekend is so important to me. For any more information, you might want to go to AverittCareers.com or call one of our recruiters who will be able to talk with you and help you out through any questions you may have.
