In 1971, our current owner purchased that company from Mr. Averitt and at the time it had two associates and three trucks and five trailers and so our roots are very humble and we've been very fortunate through the years because of customers and their faith in us to be able to grow, and today we're proud to to be a larger organization that can meet our customers needs around the globe, but we still have that small company humble hungry attitude that we had in the early days. We're really excited to share with you also that we've got centralized teams here for all your needs. We have over 15 different teams in this building. This building is our Operations Center and our National Call Center. Technology and processes that we use for customer service are all designed to give the customer accurate information in a timely manner. One of the things that we do with our technology is what's called geographic routing and that means if you call in from a certain location instead of being routed to one of 100 different people you're going to be routed to one of maybe five or six people. Routing customers that way allows them to speak with people that are going to be more familiar with their business. They're going to know their market. They're going to know their needs and it allows them to provide more custom tailored service to that customer. Another way to benefit our customers is that we provide you with 24/7 365 customer service. One of the most memorable parts of the customer experience is what we call our Averitt Cares for Kids wall. Averitt Cares for Kids is funded completely by associate contributions that our teammates make voluntarily from their weekly paychecks. They give a dollar a week for something that is greater than ourselves. You know you may ask how can a dollar a week change anything, but when we all come together with the Power of One, one dollar goes a long way. We've donated almost nine million dollars to charities. We make a lot of investments in our facilities, in our equipment, in our uniform program for our people, but what we're most proud of is the quality and consistency of our people. Their caring nature, their humble attitude, their desire to serve, and their generosity. The biggest thing with people is that intimidation factor of stepping into the gym. There's a starting place for everybody. A lot of people, they only get thirty minutes, but I can get you that great workout. Even have time, maybe go grab a lunch. I can work around my schedule. I go at lunch. I mean, I've come in here in a bad mood and left happy. A lot of the people that I've talked to about, I don't know what to do. It's like, you don't have to worry about that. My first question is, what is your goal? As you're making that journey, we're right there along with you step for step. It's Bill's camaraderie. It's just focus on who Averitt is. This is work, but this is also play and, we have fun together doing it. I'm really happy that Averitt invests in in their own associates and stuff. It's not just a motto. It's something that they take very seriously. We got really excellent equipment in here. We got something for everyone here. All kinds of classes. And if not, they'll make you something up. You do what you feel like doing at the moment. This is what yoga does for us. Us. It gives you time to stop, to get the ego out of it with no judgment. So what happens in Zumba class stays in Zumba class. I tell everybody to go at their own pace. It's very good for lowering cholesterol and blood sugars. My blood work came back and it was not the best results. And so to me, that was a wake up call, like, you need to do something else. It's not just about going to the gym. It's not just about how much are you sweating. Something else has to change. And I heard about Kip and, talked to him, sat down and talked to him, and I was like, what what can I do to bring these numbers down with my blood work? So I think that if we can stick to a plan that is tailored to you instead of crash dieting, that's where we're gonna see again those long haul results and start creating a lifestyle that actually works for you. You can be the saltiest old gym rat all the way down to the rookie that walks in. There's something for everyone. Just try it because there's yoga, there's weightlifting, there's circuits. You're a newbie, if you're a pro, there's something here for you. I walked in this gym thirteen years ago. Couldn't do a sit up. Could never do one in my fitness test. Seeing those people reach those final goals. Just talking about it, I've already got chill bumps. It's a real no brainer. Come in here and do something.
