As a North America Truckload Customer Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent service.
North America Truckload Customer Representative Job Description:
- Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales as well as Customers to quote and secure full truckload shipments. In addition, work to build a book of business and develop strong customer relationships.
- Serve as a power user of Excel and Word to analyze data, create reports, and manage information efficiently.
- Utilize your analytical skills to assess and resolve customer needs while maintaining strong communication.
- Manage a fast-paced workload, multi-tasking across various duties with attention to detail.
- Develop knowledge of different equipment types within the transportation industry to support operational needs.
- Provide excellent customer service through efficient communication and organizational skills.
