Dedicated Flex Drivers
Our Dedicated Flex positions offer a good balance of driving for a variety of dedicated customers. That's a nice way of saying this isn't your typical dedicated driving position.
Being adaptable to change and having the desire to work with a wide variety of freight are key requirements for these positions. Our Flex drivers haul for a variety of customers, but will work for only one account/customer at a time (a minimum of 1 week or until the customer's needs are met), then haul another dedicated customer's product.
Flex Drivers may occasionally be asked to drive within Averitt's other driving divisions, including regional truckload or local LTL delivery, among others, depending on business levels.
