* NOTE: your first “calendar year” includes any portion of the first calendar year in which you begin your employment, and will not necessarily be a full twelve-month period. Note as well, if you begin your employment after September in any given year, you will not be able to complete 90 days of employment before the year end, and thus will not be able to schedule any PTO until the following calendar year.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to set aside money from your paycheck to pay health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.
Associates enrolled in the HDHP can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay medical, prescription drug, dental
and vision expenses with tax-free dollars. Averitt contributes up to $20/week into each associate's HSA.
