Touring Driver Pay:
- Starting pay on tour: $1,800/week, with potential to earn up to $2,500/week as you take on more responsibility
- Regional freight between tours: $1,550/week average (mileage-based)
Touring Driver Schedule:
- Tour Season: March-October
Tours run for weeks at a time; limited home time unless routes are near your domicile - Off-Season: November-February
Drivers typically run regional, no-touch freight to maintain steady income
- Haul staging, lighting, and production gear for major live events
- Assist with loading/unloading and secure equipment using straps and load bars
- Safely back into tight or unconventional venue locations
- Drive primarily at night to meet strict delivery windows
- Overnight driving is common to meet event deadlines
- Must complete full tour or production run once assigned
- Routes cover the U.S. and Canada (passport required; Averitt reimburses if needed)
- Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and hearing starting as low as $40.20/week (individual) and $105.90/week (family) after 30 days

- Additional pay: stop pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, detention pay, hazmat load pay,and per diem

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver - DNT
Dedicated Driver, Cincinnati, OHDedicated drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. This permanent full-time position gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you'll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you're less likely to be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.
Competitive Pay & Benefits
- Average $1,500 per week / $78,000 per year
- Starting pay $0.71 cpm
- Average 1,800 miles per week
- Stop pay: $27.50 per stop; average 4 stops per week
- Breakdown, layover and detention pay available

- Home every week

Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Most deliveries will be dock customer unload, with some requiring pallet jack to the rear of trailer for customer unload
- Some drop & hook, but most live customer unload
- Product is chemicals in totes and drums (palletized)
- HazMat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required. Candidates can apply for a passport within 30 days of hire but must obtain it within 120 days.
- Must apply for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 30 days of hire and must obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
- Must be certified to pull a flatbed (training provided if needed). There is one flatbed route, all current account drivers can fill in if needed.
