Willie Lewis joined Averitt in 2021 as a dock associate. As soon as he heard about our Dock-To-Driver program, he knew he had to do it. While working on the dock, his driver trainer helped him earn his CDL-A, and he has taken some of the skills from his dock work with him on the road.

Now, Willie encourages others to take part in the [Dock-To-Driver program](https://www.averittcareers.com/training/dock-to-driver) to help them achieve their ambitious goals. Listen to his story!

Are you looking for a team that can help you earn your CDL-A via dock-to-driver training? Check out dock openings at Averitt in your area below.
