Pay Scale for Regional Drivers With Over 2 Years' Experience

  • Start at .37 per mile/.415 northern domiciles
  • Top in 36 months at .415 per mile
  • Pay based on total, verifiable industry tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 10 years.

Other Pay Items

  • Loading / Unloading: Full trailer $50
  • Stop pay: $10 for each stop not including origin and destination
  • Breakdown: $14/hour after 2 hours
  • Layover: $50 during a 24-hour period
  • Driver referral: Up to $500 per driver
  • If you have prior driver trainer experience and want to continue training with our students, we have a guaranteed pay package for you!

Requirements

  • 23 years of age or older
  • 6 months' recent tractor-trailer experience and Class A CDL w/HazMat
  • No felony convictions
  • No reckless driving or DUI convictions within 5 years
  • No serious moving violations within 12 months
  • No misdemeanors for theft or violence within 10 years
  • Good driving record
